"I'll start Monday."
You've said it so often that Monday stopped believing you.
For busy adults who are done with extremes. Training, food, and sleep that adapt to your life, not the other way around.

You've started over more times than you can count. Not because you're lazy, but because every plan you tried asked you to rebuild your whole life first.
You've said it so often that Monday stopped believing you.
Work, family, unforeseen events. Training is always the first thing to skip.
Then a busy week hits, you miss three sessions, and the whole plan falls apart.
You don't know where to start, and you're afraid of doing it wrong or getting hurt.
Everyone online seems shredded, and swearing it's easy. You know it's a lie, but you still doubt yourself.
You're not 20 anymore. The stairs, your back and your sleep are telling you something.
If you nodded at two or more of these, the problem isn't you. It's the approach.
No 5 am alarms, no chicken-and-rice for every meal. Just a few small things that keep happening, even when the week goes sideways.
You open your plan. Three sessions this week, 40 minutes each. You already know which days they go on.
A late meeting kills your gym slot. You message me. Two minutes later you have a 20-minute version you can do at home.
You order what you like and don't feel guilty. Food is a skill we build, not a list of rules.
You're in bed on time, tired in a good way. The stairs got easier. You didn't start over this week. You just kept going.
That's the whole trick. Not more willpower. A plan that bends instead of breaks.
Four pillars I've tested on myself since 2008 and refined with every person I've coached. Simple enough to survive a bad week.
Short, effective sessions on the days you actually have. Two good workouts beat five planned ones you skip.
No banned foods, no meal plans you'll quit by Thursday. Habits that work at a restaurant, at a party and on a Tuesday.
The most underrated part of getting fitter. We make room for it instead of fighting it.
We remove what makes training hard to start: the commute, the decisions, the all-or-nothing thinking.
Same method, same attention. Pick the format that fits your week.
We train together, 1:1. For our sessions I bring you as my guest to one of the gyms in Vienna where I'm a member, at no extra cost. Prefer no gym? We train with resistance bands, calisthenics or your home setup.

A solid foundation for people who need to start or restart exercising, and for anyone who has tried many times to build the habit but never got it right.
We build the foundation. Patience and trust in the process matter most here.
The first burst of energy is spent and the process becomes more fluid.
We refine everything and gradually reduce support, so you can keep going on your own if you choose to.

I'm not a gym guy. Israel introduced me to a method using resistance bands and calisthenics that I can easily do at home, under one hour, three times a week. I started noticing results by the second month. Almost one year in, I'm about to upgrade the band again. Whatever his magic is, it certainly works!
He makes the gym approachable. I worked with another personal trainer before, but didn't stick with it because it was too overwhelming and time-intensive. Isi's approach is geared much more towards consistency and proper form instead of quantity, which makes it easier to integrate into my week.
He's friendly, patient and very attentive, especially with posture and technique. He takes your routine and lifestyle into account, so training fits into your life rather than being something you have to rearrange everything around.
What impressed me most was how he tailored everything to my specific needs. He included exercises I actually enjoy while making sure every movement is safe for my back. Practical, time-efficient and straight to the point. No fluff.
The workouts are focused, well-structured and fully aligned with the proposed goals, avoiding wasted effort and prioritizing real results.
During a short stay in Vienna I did a session with Israel to try movements I wasn't comfortable doing on my own, like deadlifts and barbell squats. He guided me with tips and explained the proper form. Highly recommended.

Your story could be the next one here.
Starting shouldn't feel like signing up for a marathon.
Tap the WhatsApp button and tell me a bit about your week and what you want to change. English, German or Portuguese, whatever is easier.
We talk about your routine, your goals and anything holding you back. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right coach for you, and what it would cost.
In-person in Vienna or online, built around your real schedule. Then we start, small and steady.

Hi, I'm Isi. No sports, no natural talent, just years of trial and error. I've been training since 2008: I tried everything, overcomplicated everything, got frustrated and got injured.
What changed? I stopped chasing perfect and started chasing repeatable. Today I'm a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a lifelong hobby athlete with a normal physique, a busy life and grumpy mornings like everyone else. I train to have energy, age better and stay independent.
That's what I teach: not perfection, but a way of training, eating and sleeping that survives real life. In English, German or Portuguese.
Short videos on training, habits and fitting exercise into a busy life. Some useful, some just funny, all honest.
Yes, that's exactly who I work with. We start with what you actually have, even if it's two short sessions a week, and build from there.
Not at all. Most people who come to me are starting from zero or restarting after years off. We begin where you are, not where Instagram says you should be.
Fair. We start with the basics, focus on technique and progress gradually. If something hurts, we adapt. If it needs a doctor or physio, I'll tell you.
The ISI Method program runs for 12 weeks in three phases. After that you can continue with me or keep going on your own with everything you've learned.
Not for our sessions together: I bring you as my guest to one of the gyms in Vienna where I'm a member, free of charge. If you want to train at a gym on your own between sessions, you'll need your own membership. And you don't need a gym at all: we can train with resistance bands, calisthenics or a home gym.
It depends on the format and how often we train. I'll give you a clear price on our first call, with no obligation.
English, German and Portuguese, both in person and online.
It can be part of it, but the goal is health: more energy, less pain, better sleep and a routine you enjoy. Looking better usually follows.
You don't need a perfect plan or a perfect week. You need a first message.
